Accessibility Statement

Last updated: 01/10/2026

At Walter Everett, we're committed to ensuring our recruitment services are accessible to everyone, including candidates and clients with disabilities. We strive to provide a welcoming, inclusive experience regardless of ability.

We partner with disability charity Scope, who post our tech roles directly on their own website - widening access for candidates with disabilities beyond our own channels, not just retrofitted at the interview stage. We're always looking for new ways to improve inclusion.

Accessibility features

Accessible website - this site is built with attention to web accessibility standards and guidelines.

Alternative formats - if you need a job posting or other information in an alternative format, contact us and we'll provide it in a suitable format for your needs.

Communication and adjustments - if you need any part of our recruitment process adjusted - the format of a job description, how an interview is conducted, additional time, or anything else - tell us and we'll make it work. This applies equally whether you found us through a client's job board, LinkedIn, or direct contact.

Assistive technology

If you use assistive technology, this site is designed to work with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver, as well as the accessibility features built into most modern browsers.

Feedback and assistance

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our services and are continually working to improve. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need something in an alternative format, or have a suggestion, send us a message and we'll address it directly.
