How we actually recruit.

As a WEConnect International Certified Women's Business Enterprise working in technology, this isn't abstract for us. It shapes who gets seen, how roles are written, and how candidates are assessed.

The Equality Act 2010

We recruit, advertise, and assess candidates in line with the Equality Act 2010 - no discrimination on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation. This isn't a background policy - it's actively reviewed against every brief we take on.

Accessibility

We partner with disability charity Scope, who post our tech roles directly on their own website - widening access for disabled candidates beyond our own channels. We're always looking for new ways to improve inclusion, not just at the interview stage.
