We assess our own recruitment practices against modern human rights standards - fair treatment of every candidate regardless of background, and transparent, honest communication throughout every process we run, from first contact through to offer.

Candidates are never charged a fee for our services. We share the exact questions and process used to assess a candidate with the client, so there is no hidden or inconsistent standard applied behind closed doors.

We review this assessment periodically, and update our internal practices where standards or guidance move on.
